She completed her undergraduate studies in Photography and Video at Bahçeşehir University In 2008, and continued her graduate studies in Visual Arts and Communication Design at Sabancı University. She is currently doing her Phd in Cinema and Media Research program about the sublimity of water in contemporary art while lecturing on Photography and Video Art at Bilgi University in Istanbul. Her works have been featured in solo exhibitions in 2015 at Gallery Zilberman, in 2019 and 2023 at Öktem Aykut Gallery, in 2020 at Şerefiye Cistern and in various group exhibitions in many international art institutions including ‘Close Quarters’ at Istanbul Modern, ‘ArtCOP’ in France, ‘Istanbul Modern – Landskrona’ at Landskrona Museum, ‘The Surface of the World: Architecture and the Moving Image’ at Museum of Contemporary Art and Design in the Philippines. Recent group exhibitions include Yesterday Today Istanbul at Sabancı Museum, Over Again at Atatürk Kültür Merkezi (AKM), Rounded by Sleep at Arter and Grief & Pleasure at Odunpazarı Modern Museum (OMM).
